Flow Dance Meditation - FDM is a somatic movement practice that blends the expressive freedom of dance with the mindfulness of meditation.
There is no choreography to learn or "right" way to move, instead, participants are guided by the rhythm of the music and intuitive prompts to tune into their bodies, release stored tension, and enter a state of flow.
In this practice, Cathy will guide you to connect with the expansiveness of nature, helping you move out of your head and into a deeper, more embodied sense of self.
