Located at one of the islands most beautiful settings overlooking the bay and islands of Herm and Sark.  This  class will ease you into the day with a gentle Yoga practice, including breath work (pranayama) floor based postures which are held longer to allow the body to enjoy greater flexibility and mobility benefits.  Finishing with a long relaxation to complete this blissful experience.

In the warmer weather this class will expand out to the terrace.

Founder of GoYoga - Jane England began her career working and teaching a  as some of some of London’s most prestigious clubs through the 90's.
After moving to Guernsey in 2005 Jane chose to diversify her teaching skills and become a Yoga teacher.

With an energetic and creative style Jane enjoys teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga classes.  Encouraging  Yoga practitioners to focus on their own connection to self with breath and mindful movement; curiosity to what they can explore and confidence to what can be achieved.

Jane teaches group classes at Beau Sejour and the Swallow pavilion at the bathing pools. Private lessons are also available at her home studio in St. Peter Port.
